How do I update my address on my shares?

The following are required: Recent utility bill (no more than 3 months) Two (2) forms of National ID Signed request from shareholder NOTE: The above documents must be submitted to the Registrar.

How do I update my name on my shares?

The following are required: Deed Poll or Marriage Certificate or Divorce Document Photo identification (2 pieces - E.g. National Identification, Passport, Driver’s License) Share certificates Signed request from shareholder NOTE: The above documents must be submitted to a Stockbroker.

How do I deposit my shares to an account with the TTCD?

The following are required: Original share certificate Two (2) forms of National ID Stock transfer form Proof of Address for shareholder NOTE: The above documents must be submitted to a Stockbroker.

How do I remove a deceased joint shareholder from my shares?

The following are required: Original share certificates Original death certificate Two (2) forms of National ID Stock Transfer Form (to be signed by executor) Proof of address for beneficiary NOTE: The above documents are to be submitted by the client to a Stockbroker. Only the survivor or a Power of Attorney for the survivor can authorise the transfer.

How do I transfer shares from a deceased shareholder?

The following are required: Original share certificates Letters of Administration/Grant of Probate Death Certificate Two (2) forms of National ID Stock Transfer Form (to be signed by executor) Proof of address for beneficiary NOTE: The above documents are to be submitted by the client to a Stockbroker. Only Executors / Legal Administrator can authorise the transfer.
